1. Adoption of the Agenda: In accordance with Rule V.2 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure, the first item on the Provisional Agenda is the Adoption of the Agenda.
2. Consideration of Follow-up to the Conclusions and Recommendations of the Joint FAO/WHO Evaluation of the Codex Alimentarius and Other FAO and WHO Work on Food Standards: Following the recommendations of the 50th Session of the Executive Committee, the Commission will be invited to consider the Report of the Evaluation to allow the Member countries to express their views on the outcome of the evaluation before the recommendations are submitted to the governing bodies of FAO and WHO.
3. Trust Fund for the Participation of Developing Countries and Countries in Transition in the Work of the Codex Alimentarius Commission: This item has been placed on the Provisional Agenda at the request of the 50th Session of the Executive Committee (ALINORM 03/3A, para. 31).
4. Adoption of Report: In accordance with Rule VIII.1 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure and established practice, the Commission shall adopt the report of the Session based on a draft provided by the Secretariat.
